The sub-director ate resources and maintenance is responsible for:

• Ensure the endowment of the Rectorate structures and common services with operating resources.
• Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the University’s movable and immovable property.
• Ensure inventory management
• Issuance of purchase orders and receipts
• Proposal for the choice of suppliers and construction companies through the management control and markets service
• Ensure the proper maintenance of registers and inventory operations.
• Take the steps of a reform operation.
• Ensure the preservation and maintenance of the University archives.
• Ensure the management of the rector's car fleet.

Manage the fleet of rector's vehicles.
